The largest indoor surfing facility in North America along with a state of the art indoor vertical wind tunnel. Working with the architect and construction manager, we created accessible baths adjacent to the pool area, as well as a water fall shower area, and plumbing for the Oasis café and restaurant area. The most unique and challenging part was piping the pool water filtration and pump system for the 32’ Surf Stream indoor wave pool located below the pool water level.
We worked closely with the winery owners as they created their dream facility, a 20,000 square foot restaurant, event center and wine cellar. Our work included plumbing systems for the event center bathrooms with designer fixtures, a fully operational commercial kitchen, and chilled water system for the stainless steel fermentation tanks manufactured in Italy.
Owned and operated by Great NH Restaurants, we first completed the Bedford, NH location in 2011 and the second location in Salem, NH in 2018. Both restaurants are 8,300 square feet with a seating capacity of 225. Our services included both public and employee bath areas, full commercial cooking and prep kitchen, u shaped bar and serving stations, and an intricate domestic hot water generation plant.
Located on South Main St. in downtown Concord, the historic Concord Theater which opened in 1933 was transformed into a 300 seat movie theater, performing arts space, and commissary. The building owner and Concord Center for the Arts created a space that retained much of the “old bones” of the space while introducing modern technology and amenities. Our scope of work included new public bathroom space, reworking roof drain systems 40’ above the stage area, a green room space for performers with baths and showers, and kitchen area that provides small meals and snacks to patrons.
